Admin ToolsWhen she puckered up her nose and smiled, I really felt like that model was my main character! So much fun. And as Richard said, THOSE HATS. I want every single one. Thanks so much for the great video.

Megan,
Weren't the hats just to die for! There is another job that would just be fantastic to have.0 Like -
Yes, and it was interesting watching her get into character. You could see the twinkle emerge. And loved heard from the hat designer. Who knew about hat designers?

Admin ToolsHow fun to see the cover shoot with comments by the models and director. I'd love to see more of this on future books.

Livia,
We had so much for on this photo shoot and in putting together the video that you will certainly see more Behind the Scenes posts. It's an exciting way to share how books actually come to life.0 Like -

Admin ToolsIt's wonderful to see the behind the scenes stuff. I have a background in design, clothing and art. This would have been a wonderful career for me if I'd known about it at the time. The first draw for me to a book (besides the author's name) is the cover. If it intrigues me, catches my eye, I'll investigate it. I'd love to see more about the artists studio and the process they go through adding color and design details to the cover. The cover is such a disappointment when it doesn't match the story. How much input does the author have with the covers?

Admin ToolsOh, I loved it! It was so much fun seeing Todd playing the part of a Highlander... *sigh*... He's got great moves in a kilt!
